While our aluminum direct profile is projected with technical drawing in CAD environment, it gives the best appearance and it reaches to our production band in the most perfect way in technical terms. The molds, which are our own design, are pressed in extrusion factories by pressing with different aluminum alloys suitable for sail mast properties. With this technique, the profile patterns are prepared for different size boats. In the manufacturing phase, the parts to be added to the profiles are machined on CNC type machines. Is performed.

In the final stage, it is mounted directly on the boat. Deck, rigging and mast trim is made.
